2016 Benelli Foldecity

The FoldeCity from Benelli e-bikes is the perfect solution for commuters.

The FoldeCity from Benelli e-bikes is the perfect solution for commuters and other users who need to take their bikes in the boot of their car or on the train. The FoldeCity is compact and small, and can be folded up quickly to be carried onto a train or stored away in a small area. The extremely low weight of only 22kg is light enough for most people to handle. The FoldeCity is ideal for those who wish to cycle to the station from home, then jump on the train, then cycle from the station to the office. The battery assistance enables you to arrive quickly, but without the need for a shower when you arrive!

The FoldeCity has an Aluminium frame that is strong and light. Shimano Tourney 7-speed gearing and powerful V-brakes are just some of the components that are all high quality and dependable. Powering the FoldeCity is a 250W front hub motor linked to a Lithium Ion battery with Samsung cells. The 24V and 8Ah battery enables the FoldeCity to achieve an assisted top speed of 25 km/h and a range of up to 50 kilometres. The battery can be re-charged in 4-6 hours. The FoldeCity comes with an LED handlebar mounted display that shows battery level and the power assistance level.
